Everything you need to know about mynoticeboard.online
For Visitors
Yes, browsing and searching notices is completely free with no registration required.
Use the search bar on the home page and select your city from the dropdown. You can also filter by category, expiry status, and keywords.
All notices go through admin review before going live. Only verified businesses can post notices, adding an extra layer of trust.
Businesses can mark a notice as urgent when it requires immediate attention — such as emergency closures, urgent alerts, or time-sensitive information.
Every notice has a lifespan. Notices automatically expire and disappear from public view after their expiry date, keeping the board current and clutter-free. Perpetual notices never expire.
For Businesses
Register a free business account, wait for admin verification (usually within 24 hours), then click "Post a Notice" in your dashboard.
Most accounts are verified within 24 hours on business days. You will be notified by email once verified.
Yes — go to your dashboard, click Edit on the notice. Edited notices go back into the pending queue for admin review before going live again.
You will see the rejection reason in your dashboard. Edit your notice to fix the issue and resubmit for approval.
Yes — when posting, choose "Set expiry date" and pick any future date. You can also choose "Perpetual" for notices with no expiry, such as permanent business info or ongoing job vacancies.
During our beta period there is no hard limit. We may introduce fair-use limits in future to maintain quality.
Currently each account is linked to one business. Support for multiple locations is on our roadmap.
